Professional Service Agreement for Virtual Family Assistance Services

(Hereinafter referred to as "The Service Provider") 

1. Services to be Provided

The Service Provider agrees to provide virtual family assistant services to The Client, which  include, but are not limited to the following:

• Schedule management (personal, family, or household).
• Flight and travel management (including booking and coordination).
• Personal shopping and online purchases. 
• Appointment and reservation booking. 
• Travel planning and itinerary preparation.
• School administration (enrolment, meetings, or related activities). 
• Food ordering and meal planning.
• Household staff management and recruitment.

2. Subscription Package & Fees

The Client agrees to subscribe to [Service Level: Basic, Intermediate, or Premium] services  at a monthly fee of [Insert EUR Amount + VAT], payable in advance for the upcoming  month.

The Service Provider will send an invoice to The Client at the beginning of each  month. 

Basic Package: EUR 250 + VAT per month  
Intermediate Package: EUR 450 + VAT per month  
Premium Package: EUR 850 + VAT per month 

3. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made no later than the 10th of each month, following the receipt of the  invoice. 

4. Term & Cancellation

• This Agreement is valid for an ongoing monthly subscription. 
• The Client may cancel the service at any time by providing written notice, but the  cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing month. Services will  continue until the last day of the month for which payment has been made.

5. Responsibilities of the Client

The Client agrees to: 
• Provide all necessary information and resources in a timely manner for the Service Provider to execute their duties effectively. 
• Respond to communications and inquiries related to service requests within a  reasonable time frame. 

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree that any personal, family, or business information shared during the provision of services shall remain confidential. This includes but is not limited to schedules, preferences, family details, and other sensitive matters.

7. Liability

The Service Provider shall exercise due care and diligence while performing virtual family assistant services. However, the Service Provider is not liable for any unforeseen delays, losses, or issues, except in cases of gross negligence.

8. Termination

• The Service Provider may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the Client fails to  pay the subscription fee within 25 days of the due date. 
• Either party may terminate the agreement if there is a substantial breach of the terms  outlined in this contract.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.
